Weekend & day tickets can only be purchased at the gate !
For Guests who wants to come only for the weekend- we offer few options:
24 Hour Tickets: 85€ From Friday 28.6 Till Saturday 29.6.
48 Hour Tickets: 125€ From Friday 28.6 Till Sunday 30.6.
Weekend Tickets are Valid for Exactly 24/48 Hours -from the moment you check in till the moment you leave.
Important Notes
- All visitors must present a valid I.D./Passport or any proof of identification when collecting their ticket or wristband.
- The minimum age requirement for entry at the Tree of Life festival is 18 years old. minors under the age of 18 will be allowed to enter only when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Details
- To attend the festival, you will need to deposit the regular entrance fee initially, and we will register the time of your arrival. If you leave the festival within 24 or 48 hours, we will refund you the appropriate difference along with your deposit.
- In order to prevent any issues and ensure that someone else cannot claim your refund, you will be required to prove your identity during registration and check out. Please present an official identification document that includes your name and picture, such as a passport, ID card, or driver’s license.
- During registration, we will collect your name, date of birth, home country, and the time of your arrival. During check out, we will additionally record the time of your departure. Rest assured that we will treat this information as strictly confidential and delete all personal data immediately after the festival.
- Upon registration, you will receive a token or coupon with your registration number. Please keep your registration number safe and bring it with you during check out to avoid unnecessary delays. If you happen to lose it, you will still receive your refund and documents, but it may take more time, and you may be asked to wait during busy periods.
- One-Day and Two-Day Tickets are valid for a full 24 or 48 hours, starting from the time of your arrival or the official start of the festival if you choose to arrive early. For instance, if you purchase a One-Day Ticket on Friday at 8:30 am, it will be valid until Saturday at 8:30 am.
- If you decide to extend your stay spontaneously, you have the option to do so. Your One-Day Ticket will automatically become a Two-Day Ticket, and your Two-Day Ticket will become a Standard Ticket. The only important factor is when you return to the gate to leave. You do not have to decide in advance.
- Please remember to explicitly request a Day Ticket at the gate. Otherwise, you will be sold a Standard Ticket, which cannot be exchanged for a Day Ticket later on. If you have not registered at the desk, it means you have not purchased a Day Ticket. One disadvantage of Day Tickets is that after check out, we will need to remove and destroy your festival bracelet. You will not be able to take it home. If you wish to keep your festival wristband as a souvenir, you must purchase a standard ticket.
The Process Step By Step:
Before the Journey
- You make sure to have a passport, drivers license or some other form of id with you
- You make sure to have enough money to deposit the normal entrance fee 🙂
At the Gate
- You come to the ticket desk and ask for a Day Ticket
- You show your passport, drivers license or other form of id
- We will register your data and the time of your arrival and hand you your registration number
- You deposit the normal entrance fee and get your festival bracelet
During the Festival
- You enjoy the best festival of your life because you have got the same festival bracelet, everybody else got, the same rules apply to you. You can leave an re-enter the festival area at will, as long as you have your undamaged bracelet. Please remember that you must not open or remove the bracelet yourself, because it will become invalid if you do so. You will also loose your refund. If thereis any need to change the bracelet, please come back to the gate and talk to us.
- If you stay longer than 24 or 48 hours your ticket becomes a Two-Day or Standard Ticket automatically.
At Departure:
- You return within 24 or 48 hours to the festival entrance
- You show your identification and if possible your registration number
- You will be refunded the difference between the Day Ticket price and your deposit
- We will have to take and destroy your bracelet
- We will delete all personal information immediately after the festival.
